Before his role as CEO, Dean served as Chief Operations Officer of NPG, where he executed growth strategies that drove exponential company expansion. His prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Client Services with Validant Consulting, where he led operations across multiple regions, launched an East Coast office, and expanded NPG’s pharmaceutical services. Dean holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Manufacturing from the University of Limerick, Ireland, an MBA from Liverpool St John Moores University in the UK, and a PMP certification. He also holds two patents for a stent delivery device, underscoring his innovative contributions to life sciences.

Kylie serves as Chief Financial Officer at Network Partners Group, where she oversees financial strategy, planning, and operations. She has a strong track record of driving growth, operational efficiency, and sustainable financial performance. Before becoming CFO at Network Partners Group, Kylie held senior finance roles at NPG and Zimmer Biomet, leading initiatives in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic partnerships. Kylie holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University, is a licensed CPA, and is passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering innovation.

As President at Network Partners Group (NPG), Karen Polkinghorne applies over 25 years of life sciences experience to deliver exceptional client support. She leads NPG’s teams in Packaging Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Labeling, Quality, and Project Management, ensuring seamless project execution for clients. Known for her client-centered approach, Karen identifies and resolves industry gaps, enhancing outcomes for pharmaceutical packaging, labeling, and medical device leaders. Her commitment to mentorship supports NPG’s mission, empowering teams to excel in this dynamic field.

Karen’s background spans technical, entrepreneurial, and business-focused roles. She began her career in packaging engineering with Schneider and Smith & Nephew, later founding Elevation Consulting and LifePack Forum to address industry needs. Since joining Network Partners in 2016, she has expanded packaging services and launched the Apprentice Leadership Program. Karen holds a Bachelor’s in Packaging from Michigan State and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado – Boulder, underscoring her dedication to advancing the field.

As Chief of Staff at Network Partners Group (NPG), Ritu Dhami leverages over 18 years of experience to lead the company’s regulatory strategy and growth. Since joining NPG in 2018, she has held progressive roles, guiding key initiatives and helping grow the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Business Units by over 300%. Known for her strategic acumen, Ritu is instrumental in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring that NPG clients achieve compliance across the US, EU, and Canada. Her approach is focused on innovation, client satisfaction, and preparing NPG for its next growth phase.

Ritu’s background includes senior regulatory roles in medical device and pharmaceutical companies such as Abbott Neuromodulation, Cantox Health Sciences, and Sanofi Pasteur. At Abbott, she led regulatory efforts for Class III PMA products, Class II 510k devices, and EU Active Implantable Medical Devices. With experience spanning regulatory submissions, agency interactions, and strategy, Ritu holds a Bachelor’s in Microbiology from the University of Guelph and a Master’s in Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University, providing her with a strong foundation in regulatory science and industry expertise.

Niall Condon brings over 40 years of experience in biopharmaceutical operations, excelling in leadership roles that emphasize the importance of people in driving business performance. As a former SVP Global Supply Organization at Pfizer – Upjohn, Head Integrated API and OSD at Viatris, and President of Manufacturing and API Sales at Curia, he has led global teams to achieve organizational transformation, efficiency, and operational excellence. Niall’s expertise spans manufacturing leadership, M&A, and site operations turnaround, and implementing Lean/Six-Sigma-based programs, significantly improving performance and delivering substantial savings. He is known for building high-performing teams and cultures through empowerment and transparent communication. Currently, Niall’s consulting business, Niall Condon LLC, is focused on advising and supporting small businesses in the BioPharma sector as they build their brand and capabilities.

In addition to joining Network Partners Group as an Executive Advisor, Dr. Jethro Ekuta serves as Chief Regulatory & Safety Officer at Ascendis Pharma, where he heads Global Regulatory Affairs & Pharmacovigilance. Prior to joining Ascendis, Dr. Ekuta was Vice President, Head of Regulatory Science Delivery at Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease (2019-2024), where he built Global Labeling, Established Products, and Advertising and Compliance Teams; served as US Regulatory Lead; and led various initiatives related to process improvement, talent development, and integrations and acquisitions. From 2018 to 2019, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Regulatory, Safety and Standards at Horizon Therapeutics. Before Horizon, he held Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance roles of increasing responsibility at companies that included Johnson & Johnson, Genzyme-Sanofi, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Pfizer, and Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining industry, Dr. Ekuta was a Staff Fellow in Clinical Pharmacology at the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). He completed his U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH)-sponsored post-doctoral fellowship training in neuropharmacology and cardiovascular pharmacology at Meharry Medical College, and an FDA-sponsored post-doctoral fellowship in clinical pharmacology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Dr. Ekuta holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) degree from Ahmadu Bello University, a Ph.D. in Pharmacology & Toxicology from the University of Mississippi, and an Executive MBA degree from Quantic School of Business and Technology. He is certified in Regulatory Affairs (RAC) and is an inaugural Fellow of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (FRAPS). Dr. Ekuta has served as President, RAPS Board of Directors (2023-2024) and currently serves as Chair of the Board.

With over 24 years of experience spanning pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer healthcare, Dr. Lee W. Evans brings exceptional expertise in Regulatory Affairs to the Network Partners Group team. His impressive achievements include leading groundbreaking reclassifications like the UK’s first OTC antibiotic switch and building high-performing global teams at industry giants such as Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and Philips.

Dr. Evans is passionate about delivering patient-centric healthcare, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, driving innovation, and fostering talent through empathetic leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in Reproductive Physiology and continues to inspire as a thought partner within the life sciences industry.

William A. Kentrup is a seasoned Quality expert in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries, with extensive expertise in Quality Systems, Inspection Readiness, Remediation, and Quality Risk Management.

With a career spanning over four decades, William has held senior leadership positions in renowned companies such as Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Procter & Gamble, Sandoz (Novartis), Pfizer, Wyeth, and Aventis. His roles have included overseeing global quality compliance, transforming quality systems, and leading strategic initiatives in manufacturing, digitization and automation, and supplier quality.

William holds a BS degree in Chemistry from Northern Kentucky University and has been involved in professional organizations like the Parenteral Drug Association, currently a PDA/FDA planning team member.

Renowned for executive leadership in the biopharma industry, P.K. Yegneswaran, Ph.D., is the President of PKY Consulting LLC and former Vice President at Merck & Co., Inc., with an extensive track record in pharmaceutical, biologics, and vaccine development, manufacturing, and global operations. With expertise spanning technology transfer, commercialization, digital transformation, and organizational development, he has enabled revenues exceeding $35 billion annually and spearheaded award-winning innovation and productivity initiatives. A champion of diversity and inclusion, PK has served on prominent boards, contributed to global health organizations, and authored numerous scientific publications, while mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.

John is an accomplished senior medical device and life science executive with a 30-year track record of successful leadership at some of the most respected companies in the industry. He has extensive experience leading strategic initiatives to successful outcomes focused on operational excellence, quality, and technical service operations. These efforts have resulted in best-in-class customer satisfaction awards for the organizations he has led. His subject matter expertise in business operations inclusive of Quality, R&D, Product Management, and Technical Service Operations enables John to help guide and mentor teams to deliver on their promise to the customers and the patients they serve.  John has held executive positions at BD as the VP of Quality and prior executive roles at Philips, Accuray, Illumina, and Hologic prior to joining NPG.

Mark Sydnor serves as an Executive Advisor to NPG, drawing on his deep expertise in pharmaceutical quality and project management to guide our strategic initiatives. Previously, as President of Quality & Project Management at Network Partners Group, he led NPG’s pharmaceutical-focused quality and project management efforts with a client-centered approach. He brings over 20 years of experience in program management, quality systems, and regulatory consulting, ensuring that NPG clients receive the highest level of operational and quality leadership. Mark’s expertise is instrumental in optimizing quality compliance and driving successful product development and commercialization across global markets, providing NPG’s clients with the guidance and support they need to achieve regulatory excellence.

Mark’s extensive background includes leadership roles at Pfizer, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Hospira, and Covidien, where he honed his skills in quality assurance, operational strategy, and program management. His career in consulting spans a decade, with impactful work for over 100 clients on five continents. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration in Biotechnology and Finance from North Carolina State University, both of which underscore his commitment to quality and innovation in life sciences.
